Kano Model Analysis

Proposed product features and user survey responses.

Output

Categorized feature prioritization list mapped to customer satisfaction curves.

1. Draft Functional & Dysfunctional Questions

For each feature, ask users two questions: 'How do you feel if the feature is present?' (Functional) and 'How do you feel if the feature is absent?' (Dysfunctional).

2. Categorize User Responses

Map responses to the Kano evaluation matrix to classify features into: Must-be, Performance, Attractive, Indifferent, or Reverse.

3. Prioritize Features

Focus first on must-be features to establish baseline satisfaction, then performance features, and budget delighters for product differentiation.
